It was during residency that Dr. Ajdari fell in love with the people, culture, and energy of the region and chose to plant roots in the greater New Orleans area. After gaining valuable hospital experience in Slidell, he made the decision to step away from the constraints of corporate medicine to practice in a setting focused solely on quality of care.
Dr. Ajdari’s clinical focus ranges from common conditions such as hammer toes, bunions, and ingrown nails to sports medicine, biomechanics, lower extremity trauma, limb salvage, post-traumatic deformity correction, and complex surgical reconstruction. Every case begins with the full biomechanical picture—not just the site of pain—so that both surgical and non-surgical plans are designed for lasting results rather than short-term relief. Alongside his surgical practice, he provides general podiatric care with the same careful attention he brings to the operating room.
